Through a series of activities that you will find in this playlist, we challenge you to reflect on the skills that you put into practice during your learning experience in Barcelona. Ideally, you should carry out each of the activities below during the period of your internship. This will allow you to gain a better understanding of your learning process and the development of your skills. The competencies are related to several main aspects, such as personal, social and professional development.

Many of you came here excited for everything new that is to come: starting an internship, living in a new home, new acquaintances, new streets, new smells, new everything! You also probably came along with some insecurities and fears. Some came to fruition and others lay in your imagination. Through the bundle of excitement and challenges, you will learn, and probably already have learned, managing yourself in various aspects in a new environment. Managing your budget, your emotions, your interactions, your time and your work.
It is not easy, but you are doing it! Even if you fail along the way, it means you are learning. Even if you fail 10 times doing the same thing.
In this activity you have to showcase and reflect on the ways you have learned to manage different aspects of your new life.

Show us how you feel!
Sometimes it is most difficult to manage our emotional well-being. Take a moment of reflection, grab a piece of paper and a pencil and draw how you feel so far about your experience here or a specific situation which stirred your emotions in a particular way.
Do you see sunflowers and deep blue ocean water? Or do you see a tornado approaching? Use colors, shapes and whatever your imaginations comes up with to showcase where you are at with your experience or a particular situation. Once you are ready, make sure to upload it to this task.
