Through a series of activities that you will find in this playlist, we challenge you to reflect on the skills that you put into practice during your learning experience in Barcelona. Ideally, you should carry out each of the activities below during the period of your internship. This will allow you to gain a better understanding of your learning process and the development of your skills. The competencies are related to several main aspects, such as personal, social and professional development.

Now that you have ended your internships, it is time to take a deeper look into what skills you have acquired during your time here. In general terms, there are two types of skills - soft skills (conflict resolution, critical thinking, creativity) and hard skills (speaking a language, statistical analysis, web development).
Try to think of all the new things you have learned. How does it make you feel? Are you proud? Motivated? Nervous for what's to come next? All of these emotions are valid. But one thing’s for sure - you’ve made it.
