This learning playlist will help you to know more about the topic of social inclusion and how to empower this topic in your communities by using educational games design.

This playlist consists on the following activities:
  • What is social inclusion?
  • Analysis of your social environment.
  • Social inclusion through educational games design.

Follow the next playlist activities to develop your non-formal learning understanding and competences to better support learning of people involved in the game design process.

In the first activity of this learning playlist we learned more about social inclusion and socially vulnerable groups that exist in Europe (and/or in the World).

During this activity we would like to invite you to get familiar with socially vulnerable groups in your communities.

Task: (You can work individually, or in a small group, on paper or using an online tool (e.g. jamboard))

Take  A4  sheet of paper and divide it into 4 squares (window)On the left upper square write down all the socially vulnerable groups which you are encounter in your community and in your work. 

  • Take  A4  sheet of paper and divide it into 4 squares (windows)
  • In the top left box, write down all the socially vulnerable groups you find in your community and at work.
  • In the top right box write down all the methods you use to ensure social inclusion with these groups.
  • In the lower left box, write a list of educational games that help promote social inclusion.
  • In the lower right box, write how the design of these games could help ensure social inclusion with your target groups.
  • Answer badge questions. 

This activity is part of a wider educational effort of the international association "GameOn" to promote inclusion, participation and critical thinking through game design.
