Learning experience in Barcelona through the ALMA programme
We certified that the participant completed a learning experience in Barcelona through the ALMA programme. The participant had developed and self assess competencies in three main aspects: a) personal (autonomy, organization and planning, emotional management and empathy), b) social (communication and language, knowledge of the sociocultural environment, initiative and proactivity) and c) professional (team work, responsibility/compromise, flexibility/adaptability, learning in a new professional environment)
